Hi!
Besides all technical help other people already gave you, it's
actually legal (at least in 5.3.*). As legal as any other non-Mac-OS-
X-Server-OS.
I have my (very) old G4 serving as a test WebObjects server, and
it works perfectly with OS X client. Sometimes launching an app is so
slow that Monitor temporarily thinks it crashed, but after a minute
it shows it up and running again. But well, it's not a OS X client
problem... it's a 450 Mhz chip problem! ;)

I'm not so concerned about the legalities, as this is mostly a
learning exercise. But is it possible, and has anyone documented
the differences from deploying on Server? I know there has been
discussion about this before, but Google isn't finding it for me.
thanks,
janine
