One survey per organization, please. BUT if you want to give some
personnal comments that are not the same as your organization, you
now can, you just have to answer that you are answering for
yourself in the first page.
But that assumes that an individual must be a part of an organisation
to spend money or that they must have an organisation's authority to
answer on behalf of the organisation. Can I suggest that this not
preclude them from answering the rest of the survey if they should
choose 'Myself' for question 1.
