OK, we had a large JC project which we now have someone doing it in Cocoa (stuff the Windows users, we only sell Mac anyway), although I don't know how that is going to work with multi-threaded large- scale DB access, which EOF gives you for free.
You might be interested to have a look at my JSON-RPC request handler as I have a Cocoa client for it that understands EO's and GID's at a shallow level -- no uniquing, model etc... The EC stays on the server in the session rather than being client-side and you make changes in its graph a bit like HTTP requests do and then you save/ revert them. I've done a fairly complex Cocoa project with it which has been in production for ~six months.
