High security alert!
You are not permitted to download the file "WOCompatibility-r18.tar.gz".
Same goes to Libstreams-25.tar.gz, too.
Usually this is due to file sharing security.

Don't forget to also grab Libstreams per the README:

Realize that the WOCompatibility tarball isn't even 10k. Are you sure you
didn't just download it and missed it because it downloaded so quickly?
