Hi David, I am following the link and could not donwload
WOCompatibility files. Is there any thing missing?
Not that I'm aware of. I am definitely able to download it from the
release page:

Don't forget to also grab Libstreams per the README:
http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/tarballs/apsl/Libstreams-25.tar.gz
Realize that the WOCompatibility tarball isn't even 10k. Are you sure
you didn't just download it and missed it because it downloaded so
quickly?
