Instead of streaming it live you guys should just record the content
and post it later. That will solve a lot of headaches and then you
can post it in pristine quality.
In addition having everyone dial in at the same time would be tough
because of the different time zones we all come from.
That said I hope to be there in person.

Last year, I was thinking on using Podcast Producer so that
processing and encoding would be done right after each session is
done, but from my tests, if recording on the "client" is having
problems, we will be aware of it only when you send the content to
the Podcast Producer server, so you might have lost a couple of
hours of content :-/
All implementation issues aside, podcasts sound great :-).
A couple of files for each lecture then, perhaps? One with camera
and one with a recording of the lecturer's computer screen...
Like those people do :
I haven't seen their work, but looking at the portfolio, that seems
very nice :).
