Hi Ramsey,
If I remember correctly, Project Frameworks in this context are not
Project Frameworks in the context of Projects in your Eclipse
Workspace. It is something entirely different.
The same is still true as has always been the case, you _must_ have
compiled versions of all frameworks on your build path and they must
be in the system, local, user or network path - usually this will mean
in /System/Library/Frameworks or /Library/Frameworks.
