I can't really improve on David's comments.  If you are thinking about, unsure 
if you want to or not, or unsure if your topic is suitable or not -- jump off 
the fence and send Pascal a message.  We had a lot of great presentations last 
year on a wide range of topics.  YOU can make it even better this year.
