Thanks for your kind help in the past with our new complicated Lion
Server SSD Deployment setup.
Everything is working and rebooting smoothly now.
Still one funny thing:

From monitor, clicking to the application, bizDAV, everything is swell;
however, from index.html, no success, and the famous "The requested
application was not found on this server.". Both URLs are identical, but
apache in one case has a 404 in the above logs. Why does this not work
correctly?
