requesting the app over SSL when you click the link? In which case, it
appears that the WO adaptor isn't working under SSL. Exactly what has
to happen to make that work (or perhaps, how you managed to make it
NOT work) I'm not sure... but that seems to be the relevant bit of the
problem that needs solving :-)

swell; however, from index.html, no success, and the famous "The
requested application was not found on this server.". Both URLs are
identical, but apache in one case has a 404 in the above logs. Why
does this not work correctly?
