FWIW I've switched to Vaadin + Cayenne for stuff I would have used WO for in 
the past.  I just can't get my head around Eclipse (or maybe I just don't want 
to? I dunno but for whatever reason I can't stand it) and much prefer Netbeans. 
 I know I'm in the minority perhaps - and poor workmen blame their tools etc. - 
but that's me, sorry!
