Hi,
With newer version of Apache, the request to the WebObjects adaptor are denied.
You need to change the access permission for the cgi-bon directory in your
httpd.conf file.
<Directory "Your/cgi-bin/directory">
AllowOverride None
Options None
Require all granted
</Directory>
