I just unzipped the archive that I copy to the server and the Reports folder 
and its contents (both the .jrxml and the .jasper) are intact.

I do have a .d2wmodel file called Reports.d2wmodel. Any chance that it is 
conflicting with the folder called Reports? I guess I could just confirm it 
tomorrow and it does seem unlikely but I thought I would throw it out there.
