Hy. Probably your Java-Version is to old and does not contain the Let's Encrrypt certificate. You could try to update your Java-Version
You could also try to extract the downloaded zip-file and point the eclipse-installer to the site.xml. But this is not recommended because you would not receive wolips-updates.
