Time zone?

Greetings from a newbie...

Whenever I create code files by automatic means (e.g., from WOBuilder),
the generated comment at the top of the file states that my current time
zone is "Africa/Casablanca". Much as I would like this to be accurate, I
am in fact stuck in miserable, gloomy old London.

Short of moving companies, how do I correct this discrepancy?
