I've double, triple and quadruple checked the Control Panel - everywhere
I look, NT is telling me that its time zone is "(GMT) Greenwich Mean
Time: Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London". That led me to assume that
somehow the WO development environment isn't picking up the correct time
zone information...
