This is hardly your doing; Apple had already acknowledged limitations of the
model, particularly with respect to frames, and has already indicated its
willingness to consider requests for "flexibility" in special circumstances.
In future, I urge anyone faced with "problems" such as those described by
Afshin to take them up first with their Apple reseller or representative who
is/are likely to be more sympathetic than Afshin was with Apple in the first
place, and in particular not to use this list as some sort of nursery for
those more ready to write a petulant email than to pick up the phone to the
relevant person.
