Hi -

Be sure to check out the license agreements for these packages.  Last time I
checked, the SUN one was in Beta and did not allow commercial deployment.  The
IBM parser (and associated Lotus/XSL processor) both have source.  Although, the
XSL parser did not work with the lastest XML parser...
