a Powerbook for MacOS X Server?

Hi
is there anyone who have experience with WebObjects and MacOS X Server on a  
Powerbook?

I would prefer a powerbook for development, but official it is "not supported"

can I buy a Powerbook for WO Development or should I / must I decide for a G3 MT ?
