OR:

1) Get a cable modem if they're available in your area.  Constant fast 
ethernet conenction, static IP- that's all you need.

2) Run IPNetrouter on an old Mac if you don't have and old Pentium.  I've 
done IPforwarding on a Linux Box as described below and on a 6100/66 with 
IPnetrouter connected via PPP over an ISDN connection.
