Our moderator Sun Zoom Spark overedited my message, perhaps because
I carelessly reproduced example with an uuencoded file embedded -
"begin 666 ..." in beginning of a line could confuse mail client.
Part of my message got omitted, part distorted. Email uploading
commands must be enclosed in angle brackets: not
!text [filename]
, but
<!text [filename] >
You must write angle brackets in your email. I repeat:

- uploading of text file. Place the file after this command.
<!binary [filename] >
- uploading of binary file. Place the file uuencoded after this command.

Alternatively files for uploading can be attached to email.
Then only <!user ... > command is obligatory in main body of the letter.
I didn't try to create a web-site there by accmail-only methods,
but suppose that it's easy. Try and post results! :-)
