Hey ...

The user groups are indeed projects sponsored by the Advocacy CG. I keep 
a separate list here: 
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/advocacy/usergroups/ug-leaders/

We are aware the UGs clutter up the project page 
http://opensolaris.org/os/projects/ and that they don't really fit there 
logically. In fact, I did this quite intentionally. :) But after a 
lengthy conversation on advocacy-discuss, obviously. I had no other way 
to create spaces for UGs on the site given the site structure and 
governance design. However, as the community is re-organized under 
governance and as the site becomes capable of creating new collectives, 
we will certainly deal with this. It's absolutely on my list. It's a 
good problem to have, though, because the UGs are growing nicely and the 
current situation actually solves a previous situation. It's just an 
interim step, though. There are no plans currently to move the UGs to .com.
