I'm trying to reset my forgotten password, which is working as expected, except that the system is sending email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" rather than "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" (note the extra "s" after my first name). This means that I can't reset the password. Please fix this or tell me what I need to do. I'd rather not re-register.
