There are two places she could have asked for help - opensolaris-help or website-discuss. The first is the preferred place, but in practice people use both for enquiries about website and/or membership administration. It is the 'Sun employee' bit of you reply to Kathy that is dead wrong. Sending to her off-list had absolutely nothing to do with her employee status and everything to do with protecting her account data. I'd have done the same for any such request, no matter who the person worked for.
