Just tossing it out there - but we (and Mozilla) have been transitioning 
our wikis to DekiWiki, and aside from not being in Java (it's a 
Mono/.Net app), I believe it meets the other essential requirements.

It's super easy to extend and customise too.

(and it runs on Solaris :))
