We believe we have cleared up this problem. It appears that we
ran out of space on the filesystem to which we write logs. While
we don't have root cause yet, it appears that this in turn caused
the depot to stop accepting connections due to what looks like
a file descriptor leak. We've cleared the problem, and are looking
into preventing it in the future.
