At least for the ARC, the number one most critical item is that the navigation bar uses this artifice to hide things that it doesn't want to display: <li class="HideChildren"> It shouldn't do that, because doing so leads to a greater than 4MB bar. It should instead just *omit* the things it doesn't want to display, rather than wrapping them.
