Yes, manually, when the OGB approves the CC grant.
I'm confused. You just said there's a 1:1 mapping, then you say that it's
kept separate. Yet I can go into auth and make somebody a Core
Contributor - what does that mean?
It means you've made them a CC but they won't get voting rights until
the grant is approved by the OGB, and the admin records the voting grant.
But the question was about Contributors, not CCs. I'll ask again: does the
new auth app store Contributor grants?
If you mean 'grant' as in the current poll app, there is no such thing
as a C grant.
