I think Joerg meant Contributor, as in
s/Core Contributor/Contributor/g
The new constitution defines an opt-in Electorate based on Contributor
status. Joerg is asking for advice on how we can start moving to that
world, possibly by setting up some sort of alias similar to the CC one
we already have...
