core-contrib-disc...@opensolaris.ort is an auto generated email
list of core contributors, but, if I understand things correctly,
core contributorship no longer gets you rights to vote
(I'd understand if the OGB were to take the current list as
a 'seed' for the new electorate, though I personally think
you'd be better to start from scratch).
I think it's technically feasible for the website team to devise
a similar mailing list for members of the electorate, but I'm
not sure if they have the time right now.
Is auth ready for this new separation?
