Hi David, all! Also some comments from my side, since I hope it might improve how we talk to each other.

I think what the others (and I) want to point out is, that once an also known community member asks for a rationale why to add/remove something, then it should be discussed. Statements like "Well, I commented it back in again." don't help - or do you see it different? Personally, I found a bit strange that you started to involve the steering-discuss list and the membership committee - I know the already dramatic workload of those guys, so please let's try to resolve such issues without involving them (too early). > As regards the Litmus link, I saw there was a Litmus link in the wikt > top menu so I updated LibreOffice.org site pages with links to Litmus > - an act of innocent goodwill! > > None of that is any justification for the stupid rudeness and > unpleasantness of some people's reactions... Some of you people really > need to get a life... and some manners! :-D So what I currently perceive in your last paragraph is far (far) away from good manners. So I kindly ask you to avoid such statements, and instead try to explain your thoughts why this or that might have an advantage. And before you ask - yes, I'm not a friend of this menu at all, since it just eats too much space without being helpful in most cases (consuming content vs. cross-project navigation). Besides other reasons ... but this belongs to another thread. > David Nelson Cheers, Christoph -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/website/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
