I have never had any LibreOffice mailing-list emails caught by my ISP spam filtering system which is pretty good.

I monitor about 400 bi-weekly emails for customers and occasionally find someone has set their spam filter to a very restrictive setting sometimes blocking entire domains.

I would contact the ISP or the Spam lists directly to find out what is going. I typically must call my customers to straighten out the spam problem - I usually only have at most 2 or 3- because the problem is at the customer's side not mine.

Can you post the email header with the spam report?
