that is dependent on your email client regarding the reply to all issue. I
have done some research into setting up a debian repo I have not tested it
but it can be done using reprepro

This is for debian but should be acceptible to be setup on ubuntu. I can do
some testing on this at some point. I would love to hear Florian's input on
this. I was also thinking doing the same for rpm based distros provide them
with packages as well.
