denied access as a member, I really wanted to contribute, without
given reason.
Meanwhile, they slack, for years now.

I don't know anything about this GNOME coordinator issue, but we respect
past contribution of people, whatever if they are available at the
moment or not. If the team can still work for a few month/year even if
coordinator is away, it's weird, but no problem.
For Fedora related subjects, Jobava (in CC) is the l10n coordinator for
romanian team and may fix your issues. About the arrows in your
screenshot, if you aim to have special links for local romanian Website,
as far as I know it isn't possible.
If you want to translate by yourself, you may just join
http://fedora.zanata.org (we moved from transifex a few years ago).
Please remove webmaster from your answer if the issues you have are
related to the translation and not to the website features.
