Changes: * .sed files are replaced by the sed rules within install* scripts. These rules, instead of hard-coded search/replace patterns,now use the variable patterns. * Added "--enable-exception-hook " HTTPD configure option. * Removed some redundant configure options which were adding system default paths to CLFAGS and LDFLAGS e.g., /usr/lib and /usr/include * Fixed sys_lib_(dl)search_path_spec value within 64-bit libtool (ibtool.m4.patch).
