All, I tried twice to install 1.5 in my osol image in Virtualbox. Version is 111b, official 200906 release with upgrades.
Using updatetool or pkg to install, when I run bin/sun-lighttpd14 start I get : ld.so.1: lighttpd.bin fatal: libssl.so.0.9.7: open failed: no such file or directory: failed. IMHO there is a failed dependency in there. Any ideas ? Also I have the following remarks, I hope someone can give me some insights: - It looks like the new Enterprise Manager is dependant on lighttpd. Not mentionned as far as I could see. What with customers that only want to run Apache ? - Why are we using updatetool and seperate IPS packaging ? Why is it not integrated in the central packaging tool ? It is confusing to me, also because you install some versions that exist in there too, like lighttpd14. Am I missing something ?
