[webstack-discuss] MySQL Configuration File Expected Behavior

Should the Webstack MySQL look at /etc/my.cnf location in addition to the 
default Webstack location?  

Currently, MySQL will look in /etc for configuration in addition to the default 
Webstack location of /etc/opt/...
