Actually, Sun is involved with these Communities as well... the initial 
request was for Fedora, but I see no reason that either of these 
couldn't make its way into the Repository at some point.

People have pretty definitive reasons for the Repository CM solution 
they choose... I'm actually presenting at OR2008 next month in 
Southampton, and am looking forward to getting some on-the-ground 
intelligence on this very question firsthand.
