Hi Dierk,

Yes, I'm the fellow who gave you his business card at the end of your talk.
I enjoyed your presentation very much. As a temporary measure, I've whipped
together some perl modules that bang out WebTest scripts. Has proven
convenient so far. I have problems with seeing ActiveX objects, and keep
getting exceptions in declaration over and over for clickButtons ... which
seems to affect performance negatively. But overall I'm quite pleased with
WebTest. Ultimately, I'd like to replace my makeshift perl script generator
with a Grails app.

I have recently had some words here with engineers about that other,
chemical element testing framework. They want it because then they don't
have to fix the JS errors in the code. But I picked WebTest partly
*because* it detects those errors. So far my choice has prevailed. Working
hard to keep it that way, but I tell you, producing "thousands" of scripts
is a lot of work for just one guy.
If there are any other experts out there floating around who would like to
work in SF, maybe a private inbox would be good .. especially if they also
know some JUnit.

I may post again soon about some issues.... for now just want to say Hi and
thanks again for the great presentation.
