Salut David,
it seems to me that your WebTest project is not built correctly. You
shouldn't have
<import file="${webtest.home}/webtest.xml"/>
in BT01-01.xml. It should occur only once in your main build file.
I think that this is the reason why the tests aren't executed in parallel.
