During the last upgrade of webtest, which included an upgrade to ant-1.8.4, the webtest.sh was updated to use the new Ant version, but the webtest.bat file was missed. Since it is a text file, editing the file to change the version of ant launcher to 1.8.4 *should* fix that issue. If it did not work, it should have at least changed the error message you received.
