Yes, he broke NC law...and so did everyone else at the
party....so if
you prosecute him, all of them should be prosecuted......and I
understand it was a very large party....I'd say there may

underage drinking too so let's prosecute those too....and I

were on prescription drugs, let's get them too....might have

fornicating going on too...NC has archaic laws and I bet they
could get
them too...
Let's see if there were 200 at the party...that's 200 court
appointed
lawyers and a couple of years for the trials...and appeals
etc....is
that how NC really wants to spend it's money??
