they might as well fingerprint them! In Oklahoma, we have to have our index finger scanned when we renew our driver's license. And if you have to do it just to get a DL, they might as well do it for other things too! And regarding legislating for a particular group, the GOP tends to do that all the time anyway.......it's become more like a pattern of their dysfunctionality! As in Terri Schiavo, they wanted to make a law that would legislate over one single person!! You can't do that! Obviously they don't understand the purpose of laws is to affect groups in an equal manner.......not one specific group or person.
