I've got a webkit cgi adapter in C that does have the retry feature. It
shares code with the ISAPI module and obviously with the Win and Linux
versions of itself. But, It can't share much code with mod_webkit, due to
apache's use of its own memory management routines and socket routines.
BTW, I'll get that in CVS shortly.
