Hi Tom,
you've just reminded me about the one thing I really
dislike with Distutils: I have to manually delete the
existing MANIFEST file before making a src tarball or it
misses all the new files. I'd forgotten to do that with
the most recent update. There's a complete copy of it
there now. Sorry for the hassle.
