Yup, I'm on a T1 and can do all that. BUT, I am behind a firewall which has
been tweaked lately, and it's quite possible that this is the problem. So

Is your network working general? Can you ping known sites like
www.yahoo.com and browse the web?
I just issued these 2 commands, and go a valid workspace:
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/webware login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/webware
co Webware
