MiddleKit's MiddleObject methods, attr & setAttr, are now called
valueForKey and setValueForKey. The valueForKey() method name matches a
convention used in MiscUtils.NamedValueAccess, ReplaceNamedValues, etc. and
is also unlikely to collide with any user defined attributes.

Also, new methods valueForAttr and setValueForAttr were added which instead
of attribute names, take MiddleKit.Core.Attr instances. This is useful if
you happen to already have the attribute instance handy.

FYI You can iterate through all the attribute definitions for an object
like so:

     for attr in obj.klass().allAttrs():
         print attr

You might use these definitions to generate forms, tables, or perform other
operations that work on attribute generically. Note that attributes can
tell you their name, type, min, max, etc.

You can also get a specific class definition from the model:

     for attr in store.model().klass('Customer').allAttrs():
         print attr
