Well, if someone has more ideas later, they'll just add them on (or
add a question).

I certainly would be interested in PDF creation, and someone else will
too at some point, so add that in as well.  Start out with whatever
you feel like, it can build from there.

Well, they should each be their own page.  StreamingPDF and
PdfCreation, perhaps.

I'd put a link in WebwareRecipes.  It might be linked to from
elsewhere later, but that's a good catch-all location.

I've actually had some success in using content-disposition headers
for IE (I think that's the one -- same as for a MIME message).  I
haven't tested it extensively, but it seems to work.
