Hi Dale: Thanks for your reply. I think that a discussion and comparison of other operating systems and licensing schemes, though interesting, would not be germane to the topic at hand. To reiterate, I am interested in a discussion of the HIPAA Privacy Requirements in light of the MS Windows XP EULA. I am sorry that I failed to make that clear in my original post. I would be very interested in viewing the threads of previous discussions of this topic. I would be very grateful if you would point me to an archive where this topic has been discussed in detail. I would be even more grateful if you could point me to a web location where a definitive resolution of this issue has been found.
