I am hoping that all of you can help me out - I am giving a privacy refresher to a group of physicians in a couple of weeks. They have all had some previous HIPAA training. Can you give me any ideas of issues you have run across? Since I am not "on the front lines" like many of you, I am looking for input.
I am looking for issues you did not anticipate after privacy was implemented, interesting scenario's that have come up, issues in dealing with non-covered entities, etc. Any issues and suggestions will be appreciated!
